By deploying the lever, transformation sound and animation are activated, completing the transformation to "Kamen Rider Dread Type Zero." The central card slot has clear parts so that the card set inside can be seen, and it allows for effects where LED animations are projected onto card illustrations. After transformation, closing and redeploying the lever activates the finishing move. Also, by using the card slot on the left side of the buckle, the "Sacrificial Finishing Move" can also be activated. After transformation, scan a card on the card reader on the belt surface to trigger individual sounds, then set the card in the left side card slot to activate the sound of sacrificing a card along with the voice of "Drain."
